Can I return goods to you?

If you have changed your
mind within 7 days of receiving the goods, inform us in writing by
letter, fax or e-mail; return the goods to us in a saleable
condition and on receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund.
If the items are faulty, or
we have sent an incorrect item or the goods are not as described
please call us immediately and we will resolve the situation.
If you want to return goods
to us after the 7 days cooling off period and within 30 days of
despatch of the goods, a re-stocking charge of 15% will be made
(unless the items are faulty, etc. as above).
